Digital Analytics Implementation Manager, Loblaw Digital
I create the measurement strategy to track and implement analytics across platforms for web, iOS, and Android for online grocery, known as PC Express. As the largest line of business, I manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders. It excites me to be able to iterate and measure features that enhance the user's experience to help Canadians live life better when shopping for groceries online.
2020 - Present
Director of Marketing, Spelling Bee of Canada
In this role, I build and manage the organizational initiatives online to promote supporting literacy materials for the youth between the ages 6 and 14. Since joining in 2020, I helped the organization digitally transform into an online-first platform and organization, strengthening the online presence and brand equity into its 35th anniversary.
I built and managed a talented marketing and events team, growing it from 1 to 11 team members in 7 months, ranging from social media, content curation, copywriters and editors, videographer, and public relations. I am also the project sponsor and product owner for SBOC's website re-build project, and lead the technical implementation and analytics strategy to help identify opportunity areas for geographical growth and ways to enhance user engagement.
In addition, I undertake internal stakeholder management and collaboration with the Board of Directors and manage external stakeholders including CBC Sports, to host the Championship Spelling Bee internationally streamed to thousands of viewers.

I built tactical plans and strategies for corporate citizenship, sustainability, and tax portfolios using data-driven insights.
2018 - 2019
Associate Analyst, Consumer & Digital Marketing
Penguin Random House Canada
I developed campaign post-mortems for priority titles, conducted audience research and analysis, managed web analytics and developed the marketing technology stack. Building the data structure and mapping from the ground up, I was able to successfully build complex marketing automation for third-party vendors through advanced tag management.

Working on projects on the Consumer Marketing & Development team to improve connections of data points between consumer insights and marketing for analysis.
